State Support Team 14 focuses on improving outcomes for each child by offering coaching, technical assistance, and professional development in all early childhood settings across the Least Restrictive Environment Continuum. Training & Professional Development: Offering training and technical assistance on Step Up To Quality standards, Early Learning and Development Standards, Preschool Special Education, models of service delivery, program planning, assessment, and progress monitoring.
