If you were active on our 2023-2024 substitute teacher list and would like to be added to the 2024-2025 list please contact

Be sure to check your email and submit the electronic forms to Jennifer Ludwick by May 1, 2024, in order to remain on the substitute list for the 2024-2025 school year. If we do not receive your electronic documents by May 1st, we will presume you no longer wish to be on our substitute list.- Substitute teachers must have their FBI fingerprints renewed every 5 years.
- Please refer to your OH/ID Account (formerly SAFE account) on the Ohio Dept. Education's website http://education.ohio.gov/ to see if you need to renew your FBI fingerprints and/or license.
- If your license needs to be renewed, please use the Southern Ohio ESC's IRN# 046375 the Superintendent's Signature, and make sure to let Jennifer know that you are submitting a request to renew your license.
